Retaining & Site Walls for Robinson homes and businesses
A retaining wall lives or dies by what is behind it. Anybody can stack block; the part that matters is the footing, the backfill, and the drainage that keeps water from building up and pushing the wall over. We build retaining, site, and landscape walls in block or stone, sized to the slope and the soil, with the drainage done right the first time so you are not rebuilding it in five years.
We have worked around Robinson and the surrounding area — Waco, Hewitt, Lorena, Bellmead — since 1991. Robinson lots with a slope to hold or water to move are exactly where a properly drained retaining or site wall earns its keep. We build the footing and drainage right so the wall stays straight for good.

Common questions
Why do retaining walls fail?
Almost always it is water and base. With no drainage behind the wall, rain builds up pressure until the wall leans or cracks. A weak footing does the same thing. We build the part you cannot see — the drainage and base — so the part you can see stays put.
How tall can a retaining wall be?
Short landscape walls are straightforward. Once a wall gets past about four feet it is holding back a lot of weight and needs more reinforcement and planning. We will tell you what your situation calls for.
