The block buildings for water and pump stations
Building the block buildings for water and pump stations is some of the work we are known for, and we have put them up across most of Central Texas. This is true new construction — a ground-up CMU building on a utility or municipal site that has to be built to the engineer's drawings and pass inspection. We lay the block reinforced, grouted, and tied together to spec, keep it level and plumb course to course, and work around the other trades, the inspector, and the project schedule. When a city, a water district, or a general contractor needs the masonry shell built right and built on time, this is the crew that does it.

Common questions
Do you build the block buildings for pump and water stations?
Yes — it is some of our steadiest work, and we have built them across most of Central Texas. We put up the ground-up CMU building on the station site, built to the engineer's drawings, reinforced and grouted, and finished so it passes inspection.
Can you work to a municipal spec and an inspection schedule?
That is how this work goes, and we are used to it. We build to the engineered drawings, leave the work ready for the inspector at each stage, and stay on the project manager's schedule, working around the other trades on site.
Will you work as a subcontractor for a general contractor or engineer?
Often, yes. A lot of our municipal and commercial block work comes through general contractors and engineers who need the masonry shell built right and on time. Send us the plans and we will get you a number.
How far will you travel for a pump station job?
We cover most of Central Texas from our Waco base and run down the Dallas corridor as well. If your site is anywhere in the region, ask — we have likely worked near it.
